Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt (or vanilla yogurt for extra sweetness)
  • 2–3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional but nice)
  • 1 to 1½ cups fresh fruit (berries, sliced bananas, peaches, or mango)
  • 1 cup crushed cookies or granola (graham crackers, digestives, or oat granola)
  • A pinch of salt (to balance the sweetness)
  • Optional extras: a squeeze of lemon, a sprinkle of cinnamon, chocolate chips, chopped nuts, or shredded coconut

Instructions
 

  • Sweeten the yogurt: In a bowl, stir together the yogurt, honey, vanilla, and a tiny pinch of salt. Taste and adjust the sweetness. If using lemon, add a small squeeze to brighten it up.
  • Prep the crunch: Lightly crush cookies in a bag with a rolling pin or your hands. If using granola, keep some larger clusters for texture.
  • Slice the fruit: Wash and dry your fruit. Slice or chop into bite-size pieces so it layers well and is easy to eat.
  • Layer it up: In glasses, jars, or bowls, add a spoonful of crushed cookies or granola. Top with a generous layer of yogurt, then fruit. Repeat the layers once more. Aim for visible layers for a nice look.
  • Finish with flair: Add a final sprinkle of crunch on top so it stays crisp. You can also add a drizzle of honey, a dusting of cinnamon, or a few chocolate chips.
  • Serve now or chill: Eat right away for the crispiest texture, or chill for 15–30 minutes to let flavors meld. If you chill longer, keep the top layer of crunch aside until serving.
